Terms and Conditions

By engaging the house-sitting services provided by Housifi, you, the customer and/or property owner, agree to the following terms and conditions:

Hold Harmless Agreement: You agree to hold Housifi, its agents, employees, and representatives harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or losses that may arise during or after the provision of house-sitting services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages related to property, belongings, or any other incidents that occur during the house-sitting period.
Guarantee of Services: The services rendered by Housifi are conducted to the best of our ability; however, they are not a guarantee of any kind. Housifi does not guarantee the prevention of damage or loss to your property.
Property Management Issues: Please be aware that issues such as water damage, electrical problems, structural damage, or other types of property management issues can arise at any time, including after a visual inspection of your home by Housifi agents. Housifi is not responsible for the detection or prevention of such issues beyond the scope of our standard house-sitting services.

By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use Housifi’s house-sitting services.
